Our building process gives you a clear timeline, consistent quality, and fewer weather-related delays. Your home is built in sections inside our manufacturing facility, where materials stay dry and inspections happen at every stage. While your foundation is prepared on-site, we’re building your home indoors. Once the modules are complete, we move them directly to your property and set them up for you.

Building codes: Our West Virginia prefab homes are designed to meet applicable electrical, building, and energy codes. Guardian Homes by Keystone goes beyond minimum standards. Every home is third-party inspected by Progressive Services during construction, and we’ve been members of the Residential Warranty Corporation Incentive Program for over a decade.
Warranties: We back our work with a comprehensive warranty package. We offer a one-year warranty on structure and workmanship, along with two years of coverage for plumbing and electrical work and 10 years of structural coverage through the Residential Warranty Corporation.
Features: Standard modular home features include CertainTeed vinyl siding with a lifetime warranty, Andersen Tilt-Wash windows, 30-year architectural shingles, radon venting, and AFCI-protected circuits in all bedrooms.
