Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the order and before delivery. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and company checks.
Delivery Timeline
Standard booth production typically takes 6-8 weeks from order confirmation. Custom booths may require additional time depending on specifications.
Warranty Coverage
All Guardian Booths come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund. After production begins, a 25% restocking fee applies.
